STEP 1 - FREE INTRO
CrossFit Batteraof is different from the typical gym, let us show you how. We would be glad to take you through a FREE INTRO session to show you how to get started, what we do, and have you experience a CrossFit style workout. CrossFit workouts and our box is something that must be experienced to truly be understood.
OPTIONAL - STEP 2 - BEGINNERS PT
After the FREE INTRO session we invite you to do one hour of personal coaching specially made for BEGINNERS before you join our CrossFit Box.
If you are a more experienced CrossFitter you can skip this step and go to STEP 3.
STEP 3 - BECOME A MEMBER
