OUR GROUP CLASSES
CROSSFIT WOD
Ask any CrossFitter, CrossFit is more than a sport. It is a lifestyle. One that makes you feel better, both mentally and physically. You work on your fitness, strength and mobility in a fun group atmosphere. This not only makes you look great, it makes you feel that way!
Men, women and everyone in between feels at home within our community. An experienced coach adjusts the intensity so that everyone can achieve the best results. This creates a close group of individuals who support and motivate each other.
OLYMPIC LIFTING (OLY)
During this Specialty Class we will practice correctly performing and improving the Olympic lifts that come back in CrossFit. Think for example of Clean & Jerks, Snatches and Squats.
A lifting movement will be divided into different parts. The intention of the class is to improve your technique. So we always start with a PVC or empty bar, which does not mean that the training is not intense!
OPEN GYM
If you want a little extra time outside of our classes to work on skills, strength and technique.
We have 2 great Open Gym area’s at or facility, one is INDOORS and one is OUTDOORS!
STRONG
STRONG includes lifting heavy weights, carrying large and awkward objects, pulling or pushing heavy loads, and other feats of strength.
It will be done INDOORS and OUTDOORS!
ZILVER FITNESS
An adapted lesson program for people over 55.
There is personal guidance from a well-trained coach, the participants train in small groups and we play calmer music. With attention to individual challenges. This allows everyone to participate at his or her own level, improving fitness, strength and flexibility.
