This program aims to educate, guide, and support members by emphasizing balanced nutrition and mental well-being. Uncertainty about the program have prompted us to hold an informal seminar on April 29th at 12:30 right after the last WOD. The seminar is free and for all members and will cover topics such as who the nutrition program leaders are, program goals, individual approaches, and an open Q&A session.
